This week we will focus on several issues of the Cold War.
Monday: We will review the Korean War and view a film that covers the main events.
Tuesday: We will look at the division of Germany and Berlin. Emphasis will be on the Berlin Wall. We will use the internet and answer questions on a handout.
Wednesday and Thursday: The Cuban Missle Crisis will be our focus. Will we read about the events and issues that arose during the crisis. We will watch the movie, "Thirteen Days". If time, we will look at several websites for further information.
Friday: We will begin reading information and have a discussion of the Vietnam War.
